Cannatel Restaurant
An experience for the senses
Cannatel's kitchen is a fusion of gourmet cooking and the traditional food of Colombia's coffee region. Chef Mike works with regional produce and builds a menu that moves between Paisa tradition and something more contemporary, without losing sight of where it comes from. The restaurant is open to outside diners, not only hotel guests.

Weekend taquería, Thursday to Sunday
Taco Stop is the house's most informal concept: a taquería open Thursday to Sunday, afternoon and evening. It works as a way into Cannatel for people who do not know the property yet — you can come just to eat, without staying over.
