Surprise a guest

For the family and friends of someone staying at Cannatel. You do not need a reservation of your own.

Surprise someone who is at Cannatel

Write the card here, then choose the detail in the experiences menu. We deliver your words with the surprise.

We deliver your message with the experience, and arrange the moment with you.

Surprise them

Who it is for

You need not be here. Or have a booking.

Someone you care about is at Cannatel, or on their way. From wherever you are, you can leave something waiting for them: a dinner, a massage, a bottle in the room on arrival, a whole experience. You choose it and you write the words; we have it ready the day they arrive.

This page is for the person on the other side: the family marking an anniversary from a distance, the friends who want to welcome someone arriving alone, the company thanking whoever is travelling for it. The surprise is for the person staying or visiting; the gesture is yours.

Moments worth a surprise

  • A birthday away from home

So the day is not lost to being on the road. Something waiting in the room says more than a message does.

  • An anniversary

Dinner at the restaurant, a massage for two, an afternoon at the spa: the plan is made before they arrive.

  • A thank-you they remember

For whoever travels for work, whoever did you a real favour, whoever came a long way to be with you.

  • A welcome

For someone arriving in Quindío for the first time with no idea where to begin. A chosen experience is also a way of showing them the house.

How it works

Three steps, from wherever you are

  1. 01

    Choose the experience

The same menu any guest sees: the table, the spa, the trail, the adventure. Pick one, or several.

  2. 02

    Write the card

Who it is for, who it is from, and whatever you want to say. That message travels with the surprise.

  3. 03

    We prepare it

The team arranges the moment with the person receiving it and makes sure it appears when it should.
